Our Process
Site Visit:
Give us a call to make an appointment that suits you, to survey your site and discuss your requirements. When we meet we’ll discuss your requirements, sketch a few ideas and give you an idea of costs and timelines.
If you’re happy to progress with Hall and Smith for your project here’s what happens next.
Paperwork:
We produce a written quotation consisting of a full specification with costings and timings.
You sign off our estimate. The schedule may be delayed due to weather conditions or difficulties arising with availability of materials. If this happens we aim to inform you as soon as we can.
Payment terms:
We require a 25% upfront deposit. Then, once the work is completed and you are totally satisfied, we will ask for payment in full on receipt of the written invoice (this also acts as your guarantee).
Completion:
We will leave your site clean and tidy with all rubbish removed. And only when you’re 100% happy will we send you the final invoice.
